Following the tremendeous success of our Spring 2026 event, we're excited to announce the Montclair Holistic Fair returning on November 15, 2026 at the historic Women's Club of Upper Montclair.

This inspiring community event will bring together over 150 attendees interested in wellness, holistic health, personal growth, mindfulness, natural healing, and conscious living.

We are currently seeking a limited number of local business sponsors who want to connect with a highly engaged Essex County audience while supporting wellness and community.

About New Jersey Small Business Alliance

We are a non-profit entity based in Montclair, NJ. Our inception was as a support system for small businesses during their startup phase, providing access to resources, professional advice, networking opportunities, and educational programs, in addition to assisting established businesses with their growth and grant application guidance.

We branched out to add more to our mission. We created the Fresh Start Program designed to help victims of domestic violence. We teamed up with the clinic and are helping with complimentary counseling and business coaching. Our initiative, Pathway to Self-sufficiency, focuses on aiding individuals with mental health issues to better their lives by attaining financial independence. We recognize that 99% of domestic violence cases involve financial abuse, which creates critical barrier to safety.

Through both programs we strive to provide the support at the intersection of mental health, domestic violence, and financial stability. We provide educational workshops, classes, mentoring, and coaching.

We are supported by various organization including private companies such as Tommy Woods State Farm, OnPoint Solutions, Aromatiko, TriYoga, Splendor and Aromas, and Care For Lives/ LumaIV.

In a nutshell

We support the growth and development of small businesses by providing access to resources, expert advice, networks, and educational opportunities.

We advocate for NJ entrepreneurs in the region and highlight the contributions of small business owners to the local and regional economy.

We focus on aiding individuals with mental health issues to better their lives by attaining financial independence. This is achieved through our initiative the Pathway to Self-sufficiency - business educational workshops, classes, mentoring, and coaching.

We developed a unique program that has already helped handful of domestic violence survivors. We provide a unique and innovative strategy to support individuals caught in abusive relationships. The Fresh Start program prioritizes emotional healing, business education, and the empowerment of victims through complimentary mental health counseling and business coaching.
