Grant Eligibility and Usage

GRANT ELIGIBILITY

APPROVED USE OF GRANT FUNDS

APPROVED USE OF GRANT FUNDS

Business entity must be NJ based + in continuous operation from inception
Have annual sales below $500,000 and have fewer than 20 employees
Must be owned by NJ resident(s)
Applicant must be a member of the NJ Small Business Alliance
Applicant must be a for-profit entity
Proof of incurred expenses must be available for inspection to NJ Grant coordinators
Business must have tax clearance from NJ / IRS
A business plan must be made available for review
The grant recipient must agree to work with a NJ-SBA preferred accountant / tax preparer
